I made the mistake of starting this process using a Mac computer. One clearly written document describing the process from start to finish would have been of great help. The problem is that none of the documents are well written or comprehensive. There are three instruction documents in which links to download are provided along with the links for the maps.
This was largely due to the lack of clear and complete instructions. Using this product to update the maps in my 2015 BMW was not straight forward or without frustration.
